What warranty do you provide with your jewellery?

All jewellery comes with a 1 year warranty, this covers any manufacturing faults such as stones coming loose, However, the warranty doesn’t cover against improper care of the jewellery or the usual wear.

Can I have jewellery custom made by phone or email?
​
Yes! You can have your jewellery designed and made via email or phone call.
The design process begins with either a hand drawn sketch of the design or using CAD (computer aided design). Once the design is agreed, digital images of the piece and the whole making process and steps will be shared with the customer throughout the process.

Will there be a shipping charge?
​
No - All of my jewellery has free postage over £100.
​
How does the bespoke ordering process work?
​
It all starts with your imagination! You can send me a email or give me a phone call with a description of the jewellery you are hoping to create, and I can give you a approximate cost (there's no hidden fees here - I like to be totally up front about costs) and after everything is agreed the design process can start!

I'll send you sketches, as many as it takes to get it just right - and once everything looks perfect I'll start sourcing your gemstones and begin the process of making your jewellery!
Do you work with steel or titanium?

Unfortunately we don’t, we only currently work with precious metals.
​
Is the jewellery hallmarked?
Yes!
All of my work that is above the legal weight for gold, silver and platinum is hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office, so you can be sure what your buying is high quality and solid gold and silver.
Does the jewellery come in a gift box?

It absolutely does!
​
All of my jewellery is sent in luxury branded gift boxes, mine are usually a soft fabric such as velvet or Suede.
Because my logo is a muted pink colour, my boxes are also a muted pink tone, and they are perfect for posting your jewellery to ensure they are protected, and ideal ring boxes for asking important questions!

What if I don't like a ring I've ordered?​

Each bespoke ring is custom designed in collaboration with you.
Design concepts, sketches, stone selections, and computer designed images will be shared for approval before production begins.

Once final approval has been given and the ring enters production, the order becomes non-refundable and non-returnable, as the piece is made specifically to your requirements.
​
I encourage clients to carefully review all designs and details before approving manufacture. Minor adjustments may be possible during the design stage, but changes requested after production has begun may incur additional costs.

If you have any concerns during the process, I'll always do my best to help and ensure you feel confident before your piece is created.

Do you use AI in your photographs?
​
For the backgrounds only — yes, occasionally.
​
Every piece of jewellery you see on my website is photographed by me using my own camera. As a one-woman business, I'm a jeweller, not a professional photographer, so I sometimes use AI to replace the background to create a cleaner, more polished image.
What I will never use AI for is altering the jewellery itself.

The jewellery you see is the real piece, exactly as it exists. I don't use AI to change the design, gemstones, metal colour, proportions, details or craftsmanship in any way. If AI changes even the tiniest detail of the jewellery, I simply won't use that image.
I believe it's important that what you see is an honest representation of what you'll receive. My customers deserve complete transparency, and I would never want anyone to feel they had been misled.
When your jewellery arrives, it should look exactly like the piece you fell in love with online.
How long does it take before my jewellery is ready?

Usually this takes between 4-6 weeks, for some complex designs it can be 6-8 weeks.

How do I clean my bespoke ring jewellery?
​
The safest way to clean your jewellery at home is to use warm water, mild soap and a soft bristle/baby toothbrush. It is important to get behind the stones if possible as this is where most of the dirt will build up.
Can I purchase your designs online?

Of course, you can shop our collections on our online shop page, all of our jewellery is made to order.
Do you use recycled materials?
​
We use as much recycled materials as we possibly can and often only use recycled gold and silver.
Is your jewellery plated? Or is it actually solid gold/silver?​
​
You'll never find any plating here! All of my jewellery is SOLID gold or silver, theres no lightweight hollowed out jewellery here or plated cheap base metal - I wouldn't do that to you.....
​
I do not rhodium plate my white gold jewellery either, unless it is requested - this is due to the cost of rhodium plating, but also because I personally love the natural soft tone of white gold.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT?

Sadly at the moment we are online only, but we hope to one day in the future to own a shop!

DO YOU HANDMAKE YOUR JEWELLERY?
​
Yes and No - Whilst I handmake as much of my jewellery as I can, I also use computer aided design with jewellery that people want to be "just right" the beauty of handmaking means a lot of jewellery cannot be remade identical to the original and each and every piece is unique and slightly different.

Can you use my own gold or silver to create jewellery?
​
I certainly can!
I frequently use 100% recycled gold and silver to create my designs, meaning even your old gold or silver jewellery can be melted down and re made into something brand new!
The only thing to note when using old gold - sometimes it contains impurities that make it unworkable, and sadly this is not something that becomes clear until work begins and the gold is rolled through the rolling mill - in this instance sadly sentimental gold can only be used to cast jewellery rather then being hand made.
How does resizing work?

It's fairly easy to resize most of the rings I make, however something that needs considering when ordering jewellery that is handmade is to make sure it IS resizeable first.
​
For example - some of my rings are non resizeable, such as my beelonging rings, so it is important to get the correct size before ordering - you can do this by ordering a little ring sizer online but most jewelers are happy to size your finger if you visit them in store.
Do you make memorial/ashes jewellery?

Yes I do!
​
Ashes jewellery and memorial pieces are something very dear to my heart having had my own personal experiance of using ashes in my own jewellery, I know just how precious it is to have your loved one close.
​
My jewellery isn't as simple as most ashes jewellery that uses resin - I tend to try to avoid using resin/plastics in my jewellery as I like to do things as economical as possible, but If resin is perferred, I will accomodate this.
​
The way I make ashes jewellery involves having a hidden chamber somewhere in the jewellery that is filled with ashes and soldered shut, this can be a little chamber behind a stone, or in a chamber of a ring that is then lasered shut with gold or silver) it protects your loved ones ashes, keeps them totally safe from any moisture and is completely hidden away - so unless you tell someone, they would never know!
