Refund Policy

Made to order

Every piece we create is made especially for you, which means bespoke and made-to-order items are non-returnable. We want you to feel completely confident before your piece goes into production, so we work closely with you throughout the design process to make sure every detail feels just right.

 

As each item is created specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Custom or personalised designs

  • Changes of mind once production has begun

  • Incorrect sizing provided for rings that are listed as non-resizable

If you’re unsure about sizing or any part of your order, please get in touch before purchasing — we’re always happy to help and guide you through the process.

Faulty or Defective Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are always protected.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at .

Once a genuine manufacturing fault has been confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A refund (where a repair or replacement is not possible)

To help us assess the issue as quickly as possible, we may ask for photographs of the item or request that it is returned to us for inspection before confirming the next steps.

What Is Not Considered a Fault

As each piece is made and designed to be worn and loved over time, some natural variations and wear are to be expected.

The following would not be considered a manufacturing fault:

  • General wear and tear from everyday use

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care guidance

  • Natural variations in finish, texture, or stone appearance, as each piece is handmade or hand-finished

These small variations are part of what makes every piece unique and individual.

Return of Faulty Items

If a return is required due to a confirmed fault, we will provide instructions for secure return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Deposits

Any deposits paid for commissions or custom pieces are non-refundable, including in the event of order cancellation.
