The Honeywild Ring

Honeywild Ring🐝🌸

Entirely handmade from 9ct yellow and rose gold, Honeywild Ring is a celebration of all things a little wild, whimsical and imperfectly beautiful.

At its centre sits a 0.25ct natural padparadscha sapphire, with its beautiful soft pink-peach colouring, bezel set in yellow gold. On either side sit two tiny bees, individually made from 9ct rose gold, bringing that lovely warm contrast against the yellow gold band.

The wide band has been given a wonderfully organic finish, with every little texture and detail created by hand. The edges have been individually hand sawn into a delicate, lace-like scalloped shape, before being gently flared outwards. As well as adding to Honeywild's slightly wild, flowing appearance, this gives the edges a softer and more comfortable feel against the finger.

Nothing about this ring is perfectly uniform — and that's exactly how it's meant to be. From the little bees to the scalloped edges and textured gold, every part has been made by hand at my bench except the bees which have been cast in sand (by myself) making Honeywild a truly individual little piece of wearable nature.

A chunky statement ring, but still wonderfully feminine, Honeywild feels like something you might stumble across at the bottom of a very magical garden. 🌿🐝This is a lovely weighy ring designed to last a very long time.
